The Adult Book Fair was a SMASHING success!

WOW! Words can barely describe how amazing the book fair on 8/30 at Harper’s Ferry Brewing was. I truly don’t know how any event will top this and am so incredibly thankful for all the love and support the community has shown The Reading Chamber!

This is where we started the day with a ton of books (on both our table and bookshelf), bookmarks, stickers, blind dates and a few other bookish merch.

And this is where we ended, with just the one table left! Throughout the event, I had to keep moving books from the bookshelf onto the table to fill as many gaps as I could. Considering we had a line for over 2 ½ hours straight, this was hard to be on top of and at times the booth looked like a bulldozer hit it 😂,

Overall we ended up selling SEVENTY-ONE books!! That is a huge record for us and especially at an event that only lasted four hours. This was such an amazing and fun day and I can’t wait for our next pop up this Friday! Don’t worry, we’ve restocked 😉
